Description
- Creation of components e.g. with image, drawing or welding sequence
- Allocation of WPS, monitoring profile, length for each weld seam in the welding sequence
- Identification of the components before the welding using barcode (in conjunction with a barcode scanner connected to the machine)
- Transferring of the welding parameters in the welding machine (in component mode and in conjunction with WPQ-X Manager)
- Allocation of recorded welding data, consumption, costs for each scanned component
- The following functions are available with the upgrade Xnet 2.2:
- Uploading of multiple images now possible using scroll bars (illustration 2)
- Transfer of components from the component overview is possible (illustration 3)
