- EWM GmbH offers its ewm Xnet customers a choice of three different software maintenance contracts. The different contract packages contain different levels of support and services. This allows ewm Xnet customers to pick and choose the function- and use-related services they want, including software updates (e.g. error correction) and upgrades (function upgrades). The software maintenance contract is concluded directly between EWM GmbH and the ewm Xnet software user. The minimum term is one year, and the contents of the contract package can be adjusted if needed at the end of each period. The services included in the contract are rendered directly by EWM GmbH or an Xnet-certified sales partner.
